    Dr. Shah is a board-certified primary care physician in Internal Medicine with advanced training in health education, public health, advocacy, and outcomes research. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to health equity, compassionate care, and the creation of systems that truly serve. With over a decade of partnership with nonprofit organizations, she has helped design and implement more than twenty community-based projects that continue to expand healthcare access for underserved populations.

    As an experienced medical educator, Dr. Shah has shaped interprofessional learning environments where collaboration and empathy stand at the heart of patient care. She has played a key role in developing innovative clinical skills curricula that blend medicine and engineering — preparing future physicians to think creatively and compassionately in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

    A naturally gifted mentor, she has guided countless medical students, residents, and professionals, offering wisdom and support as they grow through the challenges of service. Her mentorship philosophy centers on self-awareness, balance, and advocacy for both individuals and systems.

    Tara is a dedicated advocate for holistic wellness, bringing over twenty years of experience guiding individuals and professionals toward mind-body balance. With a background rich in both education and practice, she blends extensive expertise with deep empathy to create spaces where healing and transformation can unfold. Her approach integrates Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pilates, Barre, meditation, and breathwork, supporting students as they navigate PTSD, addiction, mood challenges, and childhood trauma through mindful, restorative movement.

    As an educator and small business leader, Tara has spent more than a decade training instructors, leading retreats, and developing continuing education programs that emphasize both skill and heart. She has served as a continuing education provider with AFAA and holds numerous certifications in yoga, Pilates, and fitness instruction. Her trauma-informed training also extends to Yoga for PTSD, addiction recovery, and mood balancing, which she combines with energy healing, sound therapy, and chakra alignment to cultivate a deeply integrated experience of wellness.

    Tara believes that healing happens when we move with intention and reconnect to the wisdom of the body. She is passionate about helping others rediscover strength, resilience, and calm through practices that honor both science and spirit.

    Stacie Larrison is a dedicated advocate for patients navigating chronic illness, infertility, chronic pain, and autoimmune disease. With a background in both nonprofit and healthcare leadership, she blends strategic insight with deep compassion to reimagine how care is delivered for those who have often felt unseen.

    As a Facilitator, Stacie also helps children and adults learn to center and reset their nervous systems through creative practices and mindful connection. An author and eclectic artist, Stacie teaches others about the restorative power of creativity in using art as a healing modality to process emotion, awaken self-understanding, and rebuild resilience. Her book, Mother Nurture, is a collection of heartfelt letters that explore healing, the legacy of nurturing, and love through the lens of motherhood and self-discovery.
